Witness appeal over spate of fuel thefts in Thanet

Police are appealing for information after a spate of fuel thefts in Thanet.

Four thefts, and one attempted theft, were reported to Kent Police between Friday, February 28 and Tuesday, March 3 in Minster and Monkton, Ramsgate and Manston.

On February 28, two lorries were targeted overnight on the A229 in Monkton.

A further fuel theft was reported at 6am on March 1 at Minster Services and on March 3, fuel was reported stolen from two more lorries at around 2.45am on the coastbound A229.
