Christmas dinner has been served some 1,000 times by kitchen staff at Newington Community Primary School in Ramsgate.
The catering team, led by cook Helen Moore, have prepared and cooked traditional, healthy festive dinners and puddings plus other meal options to more than one thousand eager – and hungry – pupils in just two days.
The team were dressed in their colourful festive tops as they served up the meals, which pupils voted as “really tasty” and “smashing”.
Meanwhile other staff were in the festive mood too, including the reception and admin team who wore their best Christmas outfits to school, including hats, tops and even sparkly silver festive bows on their shoes.
