The Secret Garden Centre, at Quex Park Estate in Birchington, is up for sale and being marketed by specialist business property adviser Christie & Co.
Established 20 years ago, the garden centre occupies two-acres within a Victorian walled garden, in the heart of the Quex Park Estate.
The Secret Garden Centre has grown to be a central attraction on the estate and has a wide range of customers for its plants, many of which are grown onsite, The centre also stocks garden décor and ornaments, pots, and gifts.
The site also includes a shop building and a number of named glasshouses, which each display different products and plants on offer.
Christie & Co say the profitable business has a favourable lease and provides scope for further expansion.
Business owners Liz and Nick said: “After over 20 enjoyable years here at the Secret Garden Centre it is now time for us to retire. The business is stronger than ever and the estate continues to improve every year, we hope to find new owners who can build on what we have created and to continue to serve our wonderful customers.”

The Secret Garden Centre is on the market with a guide price of £300,000 plus stock for the goodwill of the business. The lease will be assigned to the new purchaser and the current rent is £6,000 per annum.
