The Pilgrims Hospices Colour Run returns to The Oval, Cliftonville, on October 20.
After a fun Zumba warmup, you can choose to run, walk or jog the event in your white t- shirt, funky coloured glasses and throw your colour sachet prior the event, before a massive colour explosion at the start.
The run takes participants along the amazing coastal route and through placed colour stations and then returns to The Oval.
Runners will receive a colourful medal as a thank you for taking part in the event. By supporting the event runners will be giving a gift of palliative care to the next person who needs it.

Early Bird Entry is £16 for those aged 12 years and over and £10 for those aged 11 and under until September 30. The price then increases to a standard entry until October 14. Entry includes a white t-shirt, paint sachet, funky sunglasses and finisher’s medal.
