Kent Police have identified a woman who was found dead at Walpole Bay on Wednesday (September 20)
Police were called to the lower promenade in the area of Fifth Avenue in Cliftonville at 7.32am.
Following an appeal for information, officers have carried out a number of enquiries and the woman’s death is not being treated as suspicious.
The woman has been identified as in her 60s and local to the area.
Her next of kin have been informed and a report will be prepared for the coroner.
