Fun at the Cliftonville Dog Show

Cliftonville’s canine companions were out in full force on Monday 25th August for the Cliftonville Dog Show at The Oval Bandstand and Lawns.

With sunny skies and wagging tails, it was a joyful day celebrating the four-legged stars of the community.

Organised and hosted by resident Helen Hebditch, along with her husband Will and their children Izzy and Oliver, the event drew dog lovers from across Thanet for an afternoon of fun, laughter, and good-natured competition.

“It’s one of my absolute favourite events of the year,” said Simon Bell of GRASS Cliftonville CIC, who hosted the event at The Oval. “We’re so grateful to Helen and her family for giving their time and energy to make this happen each year – they’re a credit to the community.”

Organisers have thanked Georgina from Don’t Miss Margate and Abbey for judging the categories and local business Nosey Dogs (also Abbey) for sponsoring the fantastic prizes.

The biggest thanks of all go to the brilliant dogs and their wonderful owners who came along, joined in the fun, and made it such a day to remember.
