Two people have been taken to hospital with serious injuries following a multi-vehicle crash non the A299 Thanet Way at Minster.
Emergency services were called at approximately 12.30pm, including the air ambulance.
The road was closed while crews attended but has now been reopened.
A South East Coast Ambulance service spokesperson added: “SECAmb were called at approx. 12:30pm today (10/08/26) to reports of a multi-vehicle RTC on the A299 in Minster.
“Multiple crews attended the scene and assessed and treated three patients before being joined by The Air Ambulance Charity, Kent Surrey Sussex.
“One patient was airlifted to a London hospital and the remaining two patients were taken to a local hospital all for further medical treatment.”
A Kent Police spokesperson added: “Kent Police was called at approximately 12.30pm to the A299 Thanet Way at Minster to reports of a road traffic collision involving multiple vehicles.
“Officers attended, along with paramedics from SECAmb and HEMS (Helicopter Emergency Medical Service), and Kent Fire and Rescue Service.
“Both sides of the carriageway were closed but have now been reopened.”
