The Revel Puck Circus, known for bold, theatrical, non-traditional work, brings its new production A Glimmer Daze Gambit to Ramsgate this summer, landing their Big Top at Government Acre on the Royal Esplanade.
Running from Thursday 9 July to Sunday 12 July, the four-day Ramsgate run is part of the East London’s company’s first-ever large-scale touring season, a 200-day journey taking their Big Top across the UK and bringing world-class contemporary circus into the heart of local communities. The Ramsgate dates are supported by Thanet council.

Desperate to join the troupe, and having never seen a circus before, they have packed everything they think they might need. What follows is a joyous, mischievous ride where mistakes become magic, and belonging is built together.
The family show brings together a collective of grassroots London-based and international circus artists from Argentina, the USA, Ethiopia, and Canada.
Expect teeterboard, aerial cradle, straps, bounce juggling, cloud swing, Icarian acrobatics and more, including the Rola Globe, a world-first and a Revel Puck original: a giant globe topped with a square platform, where nine performers balance together in a breath-holding feat of teamwork, timing and nerve.
The show is largely non-verbal and conveyed through mime, clowning, and acrobatics, making it a gateway experience for audiences of all ages and particularly welcoming for families with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
Tickets are £11.33 including booking fee but there is also a summer offer running for a 15% discount.
