A 16 year old boy has been arrested following multiple vehicles being set alight in Thanet.
Kent Police was called to four separate incidents in Edgar Road, Richmond Avenue and Northdown Road in Margate and Upton Road in Broadstairs, in the early hours of Wednesday 8 October.
The fires were extinguished each time by Kent Fire and Rescue Service with no reported injuries.
The incidents are being treated as suspicious by investigators, and an arson investigation has been launched.
A 16 year old boy was arrested in Upton Road, Broadstairs, at 7.11am yesterday (October 8). He remains in custody whilst enquiries continue.

Well at least that puts thanets previous firebug in the clear, hopefully his sentence put him on the straight and narrow.
If the 16 year old is found to have been responsible , hard to see that much will be done to them.
At 7.11am was this lad on his way to school or work, yer right!!
