Needles at the ready...

Some 161 knitters across the generations helped make  the Thanet Sunrise Rotary club’s 10th Big Knit the biggest ever last Saturday (March 16).

The event at Holy Trinity Church, Cliftonville, opened by Mayor of Margate Julie Dellar, was in aid of charities East Kent Strokes, QEQM Dementia appeal, East Kent Mencap and Demelza House.
