A crash involving a motorbike has blocked the Ramsgate Road between Ramsgate and Sandwich this morning (June 17).
Emergency services are currently at the scene of the incident across from the Thanet Waste site.
Traffic is queueing and motorists travelling towards Sandwich are being turned back from the carriageway.
A Kent Police spokesman said: “Kent Police was called at 10.35am to a collision involving a motorcyclist on the A256 Sandwich Bypass.
“Officers and the South East Coast Ambulance Service are at the scene and the motorcyclist is not believed to have suffered any life threatening injuries.
“No other vehicles are believed to have been involved in the collision.”
