Emergency services have attended Brunswick Court in Ramsgate following a report of a kitchen fire in one of the flats this afternoon (April 12).
It’s understood the fire was on the sixth floor.
Kent Fire and Rescue Service, police and paramedics were called to the scene at 4.20pm.
A Kent Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to reports of a kitchen fire in a block of flats in Hardres Street, Ramsgate.
“Control operators sent six fire engines and a height vehicle to the scene and crews, wearing breathing apparatus, used main jets to extinguish the flames.
“There were no reported injuries and the cause is not yet known.”
Crews finished at the scene at 5pm.
These don’t look like they have 6 floors !
I think the main block has 7 floors, that photo comes from inside the building
