A road closure is in place following a reported medical incident, understood to involve a motorist, by Dane Park in Margate today (November 6).
A Kent Police spokesperson said: “Kent Police was called to assist at 3.16pm on Thursday 6 November following a reported medical incident in Park Crescent Road in Margate.
“Officers attended along with paramedics and a temporary road closure was put in place.”
A man in his 80s was taken to hospital.
A South East Coast Ambulance spokesperson said: “Ambulance crews attended the scene and that one patient received emergency treatment at the scene before being taken to hospital in a life-threatening condition.”
