The exceptional achievement of students has been marked with a presentation evening at The Royal Harbour Academy in Ramsgate.
Award winners, along with their families, were warmly welcomed to the event with a canapé reception before making their way to the school theatre for the ceremony.
The event celebrated the hard work and outstanding accomplishments from the previous academic year. Each year group had award winners, highlighting a broad spectrum of talent and effort across the school.
The highlight of the evening was the presence of Harriet Pavlou, World Panna Champion, who attended as the guest of honour. Harriet delivered an inspiring speech that resonated with both students and their families.
She spoke passionately about perseverance, dedication, and the power of believing in oneself, emphasising the importance of being ready, honourable, and aspirational.
Headteacher Simon Pullen shared congratulations with all the award winners and emphasised the significance of the values that guide the school community.
Mr Pullen said: “I am extremely proud of our students for their outstanding achievements showcased at our recent presentation evening. It was an absolute pleasure to celebrate the wonderful achievements of our students.”
a friend of mine went to this presentation , he said it was an enjoyable occasion but the canapes mentioned were awful , he wondered where they came from , also that they appeared stale ?
