UPDATE: Joseph has been found safe and well.
Joseph Bruno was last seen in the Belgrave Road area at around 10.15am on Wednesday 23 October.
The 49-year-old is described as around 5ft, 8ins, of stocky build and he wears blue protective headgear.
He was wearing a blue jumper, blue jeans, a black coat and white Nike trainers when last seen. He may be carrying a number of bags.
Anyone who has seen him is urged to call 999, quoting reference 23-0482.
