One arrest after emergency services attend injured man at Ramsgate property

A 51-year-old man has been arrested after a report of a man suffering injuries at a property in Ramsgate.

Kent Police and paramedics were called to Codrington Road at 10.40pm yesterday (February 9).A man was taken to hospital where he remains in a stable condition.

A property has been cordoned off and officers are reportedly carrying out house to house enquiries.

A Kent Police spokesperson said: “Kent Police was called at 10.40pm on Thursday 9 February following a report that a man had suffered injuries at a property in Codrington Road, Ramsgate.

“Officers attended along with South East Coast Ambulance Service and the man was taken to a local hospital where he remains in a stable condition.

“Enquiries are ongoing to determine how the man came by his injuries and a 51-year-old man has been arrested as part of the investigation.”
