Police were called to Buenos Ayres in Margate last night (October 6) following a man in his 70s suffered serious injuries in a reported assault.
Police were called at 5.07pm. The victim was taken to hospital.
A man in his 60s was arrested and remains in police custody. Both men are known to each other.
Police are at the property today (October 7) and appear to be conducting a serach.
