See in the new year with a firework display on Ramsgate main sands.

Fireworks start at midnight. Best viewing points are the East Pier wall and the upper east Cliff promenade,

The display is funded by Ramsgate Town Council.

Olby’s

Olby’s Soul Cafe in Margate will celebrate New Year’s Eve with the ultimate Margate party. Soul, funk jazz, hip hop, reggae and soulful house  will take place across three  rooms. With special guests Tony Fernandez, Paul French Tony Matthews, Roni Obrien, DJ Matt and  DJ’s Hooch & Chui. Tickets £7.50 or  £10 on the door, includes a complimentary glass of bubbles.

Sands

Celebrate the arrival of 2020 at Sands Hotel in Margate. Start the evening with a complimentary glass of bubbly and canapes followed by an 8 course taster menu.

Imperial Bar

Celebrate the onset of 2020 at the Imperial Bar and Meze Kitchen in Margate with sounds from the 80s and 90s soul, funk and Motown.

Entry is free,, party from 9pm to 3am. DJs Richie and John Cripps.

Woody’s

Woody’s in Margate will see in the new year with DJs Nick Young and Lorraine Johnson.

New Street Bistro

The New Street Bistro in Margate has a 4 course menu for New Year’s Eve, a few spaces are left at the 6pm sitting.

Birchington Village Centre

New Year’s Eve family party from 7pm until 12.30am. Tickets adults £10, under 16s £5. Live music with Andy Mack plus disco, Children’s play area and grotto, light refreshments and bar.

The Old Kent Market, Margate

Party from 8pm, free entry. Full sound system install, intelligent lighting, live percussion, House of Clubs’ DJs and confetti cannons to mark midnight.

Disco, Afro Beats, Progressive, Funky and Tech House music all with free entry but capacity will be closely monitored so first come first served.
