Police are in attendance in Northdown Road, Cliftonville, after a person was knocked from a mobility scooter this morning (December 16).
Members of the public helped at the scene on the Holly Lane crossing before officers arrived. No serious injuries are reported.
A Kent Police spokesman said: “Kent Police was called at 8.37am to a collision between a car and a pedestrian in Northdown Road.
“Officers are in attendance and at present no serious injuries have been reported.”
