Emergency services called to man’s death in Ramsgate

Police officers are present in Ramsgate High Street this evening (October 13) following the death of a man.

Police and ambulance crews were called to the Salvation Army area earlier today.

The man’s death is not being treated as suspicious.

A Kent Police spokesperson said: “Kent Police was called by South East Coast Ambulance Service just before 5pm on Sunday 13 October to the High Street, Ramsgate. A man was pronounced deceased at the scene.

“The death is being treated as non-suspicious and a report will be prepared for the coroner.”
