Emergency services called to ‘medical incident’ in Ramsgate

Emergency services were called to the scene of a medical incident at St George’s Churchyard in Ramsgate.

Several police cars, an ambulance and paramedic cars attended after a report of a person suffering a suspected heart attack in the graveyard off Church Hill this afternoon (August 11).

Kent Police confirmed they were there to assist the ambulance service.

South East Coast Ambulance Service said the call was for a person with a suspected heart attack. A spokesman said: ”

“At 3.48pm we sent two response cars and an ambulance to a suspected cardiac arrest  in the churchyard  off Church Hill, Ramsgate. The patient was taken to the QEQM Hospital for further treatment.”
