Artists are being invited to submit their work for a new exhibition in Ramsgate.
The gallery at Nice Things in Harbour Street is inviting people to submit for an ever-changing exhibition THIS IS ME.
The idea is to create a map of images that represent a place or object that is important to each artist. What or where gives a sense of comfort, joy, peace or impact and beauty?
The exhibition will run for two weeks, with submissions due in by Tuesday, April 2. However, further work can be submitted up to Tuesday, April 9 and the gallery will add to the display as new images emerge.
Along with the work, artists are asked to say why the piece is important, why THIS IS ME.
All statements will be displayed as part of the show which will include paintings, print, collage, textile and photography.

The exhibition runs from Wednesday, April 3 to Tuesday, April 16, open daily from 11am – 5pm at Nice Things, 19-21 Harbour Street.
