Adam Hutchison, Vice chair of KICA, said: “Well done to the Ashcroft House team for winning best care team. Another shining example of extraordinary commitment and professionalism in a sector where excellence is so often overlooked.”

Sponsored by Kent County Council the event was attended by Cabinet member for Adult Social Care and Public Health, Graham Gibbens, and the newly appointed corporate director for adult social care and health, Penny Southern.

The Annual Care Awards celebrate the work carried out by carers and care companies in Kent. The awards provide a chance to reward those people who have delivered excellent service and also recognise the work of all those in the Kent care sector.
