Emergency services called to crash in Ramsgate

Police and ambulance were called to a crash in Ramsgate last night (December 2).

Emergency services were alerted to the incident in Chatham Street, at the traffic lights close to the Ramsgate Asda car park entrance, at 7.51pm.

Despite the extensive damage to both cars only minor injuries were reported.

A Kent Police spokesman said: “Kent Police was called at 7.51pm  to a report of a two vehicle road traffic collision in Chatham Street, Ramsgate.

“The collision involved a red Ford Fiesta and a silver Toyota. Only minor injuries were reported.”
