Part of Ramsgate High Street was closed following a road accident (January 30).
The incident involved two mopeds and a car.
Emergency services were called to the scene and the High Street was closed between the Chatham Street junction and the Ramsgate Leisure Centre site.
Pedestrians were also being diverted to other routes.
A Kent Police spokesman said: “Kent Police was called by South East Coast Ambulance Service at 5.14pm oregarding a collision involving two motorcycles and a car in the High Street, Ramsgate.
Officers and ambulance crews attended the scene where a man received medical attention.
The road was closed while emergency services dealt with the incident and reopened at 6.38pm.
