Part of Newington Road has been closed while emergency services deal with a road incident.
A car has gone into a house close to the Windmill pub.
The road is shut from the Whitehall Road exit up to the roundabout by the former Ramsgate pool.
One witness says a Mini has been recovered from the scene but the vehicle which collided with the property remains.
