Liberty College learners, aged 16 to 25, are working hard to build brighter futures through education, determination, and personal growth.
Many are eager readers who rely on access to books to expand their knowledge, improve literacy skills, explore career pathways, and discover new possibilities.
To help build and strengthen the college learning resources staff are reaching out to ask for book donations.
Welcome donations:
- Fiction and non-fiction books
- Educational and reference materials
- Career and personal development books
- Study guides and academic texts
- Biographies and inspirational stories
- Young adult literature
- Books in excellent used or new condition
The donated books can provide learners with opportunities to develop confidence, creativity, critical thinking skills, and a lifelong love of reading.
The college says a single book may seem small, but to a learner seeking knowledge, inspiration, or hope, it can make a lasting difference.
A spokesperson said: “Please consider donating books and helping us create a richer learning environment for the young adults at Liberty College. Together, we can open minds, inspire dreams, and support the next generation of learners.”
The college supports students with a range of additional needs, including visual impairments, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), anxiety and other conditions that can make navigating busy roads particularly challenging.
