The property at 1 Park View was among 143 listed for sale by Clive Emson, the land and property auctioneers.
The site needs a complete clearance and refurbishment but has scope to restored to a five-bed, with two en-suites, home.
Jon Rimmer, auction appraiser, said: “This large detached house with five lock-up garages is located on the outskirts of Ramsgate’s town centre close to its mainline railway station and adjacent to the popular Ellington Park.
