Thanet Roadrunners have been chosen as England Athletics regional finalists (South East England) Club of the Year 2024.
They are up against two big hitting regional clubs from Hampshire. It will be a ‘David and Goliath’ type battle, but Thanet Roadrunners are used to uphill struggles!
Online votes decide the winner with voting open until Sunday 11 August.
Julie Neaves, the first female chairperson in the club’s 42-year history, said “The club is changing and growing fast. We want running and athletics to be accessible for everyone. A vote for the club is a vote for Thanet Sport.”
A regional event will take place in September/October where winners will be announced.
