Three arrested and two treated for injuries following brawl in Cliftonville

Police are appealing for witnesses after two people needed hospital treatment when a fight broke out in Cliftonville last night (June 27).

Residents report seeing a man covered in blood, a woman with her ear ‘sliced’ and people brawling in the street near Aldi.

A Kent Police spokesperson said: “Kent Police was called to a report of a group of people fighting in Sandhurst Place, Cliftonville shortly after 9.45pm on Thursday 27 June.

“Officers attended and three people, two men and a woman, have been arrested while an investigation into violent disorder continues.

“Two of those arrested have been taken to hospital for treatment.”
