History being brought to life with Ramsgate Costumed Walks 2024

Ramsgate Costumed Walks

Ramsgate’s history is brought to life with four tours with a dedicated band of volunteers.

The Ramsgate Costumed Walks group is run by enthusiastic volunteers who head the walks, whatever the weather, so long as members of the public turn up.

There is no charge for the walks although a donation of £2 towards the cost of costumes and printing of leaflets  is suggested.

  1. all looks a bit sinister to me , i always think people with this dressing up fetish should not realy be exposing it to the general public , and they should carry it out behind closed doors – just an opinion ?

    • These walks are educational and interesting and undertaken by dedicated volunteers and enjoyed by those who attend. Your opinion is noted.
