PEJ ABC Margate has had recent success with the club’s boxers representing Kent.
At the Kent vs Sussex tournament at the end of last month PEJ’s Lewis Dennis won with a third round stoppage; Jake Glithero won on a split points decision and Kian Hardy won with a unanimous points decision.
On June 1 PEJ boxers took part in a Kent vs London competition in Swanley and Alfie Glithero won his match with a first round stoppage; Lewis Dennis won with a second round stoppage; Eddie Milne also took his bout with a second round stoppage; Jake Glithero dropped a split points decision and 10 year old schoolboy prospect Tyler Knight dominated his skills support bout.
Sessions are on Monday, Wednesday and Friday – juniors 6pm-7pm, youths and seniors 7pm-9pm.
PEJ ABC is at 17 Hatfeild Road, Margate.
