Wild Weekend at Botany Bay

January 14, 10am, meet at the grass between The Ridings and Marine Drive

Event by Bird Wise East Kent

Join the Bird Wise team for a  Wild Weekend at Botany Bay to find out more about the coast and its amazing features and wildlife.

Greg and Jasmine will be on hand to answer  questions about the coastal wildlife and will also be joined by resident geologist Richard Hubbard on a guided walk at 10.30am.

Poetry, spoken word, music and comedy.

The NOBS. team Gen, Jen & Heidi are proud to have created a friendly, inclusive environment, welcoming all, regardless of age, sexuality, gender, race or performing experience.
There will be a couple of open mic slots, arrive at 7pm to secure (female identifying performers for this month’s Strapped On edition)

JJT Football coaching with Ramsgate Youth FC

This could create a pathway for children who attend the Sunday Development Session to join a football team.

All girls and boys (aged 4-13) with all football abilities are welcome.

All coaches and managers are FA qualified and DBS checked.

Transmutation

The Margate School Gallery, 31 to 33 High Street, Margate.

An exhibition of alternative photographic processes, runs from now until Thursday 19 January, 10am to 4pm.

Transmutation is presented by London Alternative Photography Collective and Thanet Alternative Photography Collective and consists of works produced using experimental, analogue and alternative photographic processes.

Viewing on Saturday 14th January, 9:30am-4pm.

Everyone is welcome to come in and view the items up for sale. Everything is to be sold under the hammer with only 10% commission added to the hammer price.
