A man sadly died during a medical incident attended by police, ambulance and air ambulance on Saturday (October 10).
Emergency services were called to Ramsgate railway station at 10.28am following reports that a person had collapsed. Despite paramedic efforts to perform CPR the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
It is understood the man suffered a cardiac arrest.
This is the third death at Ramsgate train station in a month. I know they’re not connected incidents but the staff must be hit hard by this as it’s traumatic to be a first aider or witness when a life is lost. RIP to the poor people who’ve passed away suddenly.
