A person was brought to safety and is receiving help from care professionals following a welfare concern report to police yesterday (October 11).
Police officers and paramedics were called to a report of a distressed person in Wellington Crescent in Ramsgate at 3.24pm.
Within 10 minutes, officers had brought the person to safety before handing them into the care of medical professionals.
