Armed police attended a report of concern for a person’s welfare in Ramsgate today (June 21).
A call was made to Kent Police at 10.49am following concerns for the welfare of a person inside a property in Allenby Road
Thanet patrols, along with armed officers attended to gain entry to the property.
A 39-year-old man was arrested for an unrelated matter.
Any reports about a similar sounding incident that occurred around 8am on Sunday in Westbrook? Armed officers, multiple vehicles, one resident arrested (?) taken away in an ambulance clearly distressed.
