Police and ambulance are at the scene of an incident in Margate tonight (April 8).
Officers have closed off Union Crescent to deal with the emergency, understood to involve a person plunging from a third floor.
The man is understood to have been taken to hospital with multiple injuries. Forensic officers are on the scene.
Kent Police and South East Coast Ambulance service have been contacted.
