A large disturbance also resulted in smashed windows at The Little Ships restaurant in Harbour Parade at about 2.55am.
And so the violent chaos continues in that area, despite all the meetings and words said by councillors and authorities to bring a halt to all this nothing has been brought into play. Licensing rethinks of those premises involved and the lack of security for the public in the early hours there needs to be a priority as a first step, but this will just continue until it is dealt with appropriately. It seems nobody cares enough to take action though! Chronic failure after failure by TDC.
Well done to Little Ships who appear to have repaired their smashed windows, highly resourceful and to be congratulated on the speed of repair, or perhaps just perhaps slightly over exaggerated by the local dim press
