SpinH20 has been launched by pool managers Stacy and Ross Simpson. It means participants are riding in the pool,

It is thought to be the first class of its kind in Thanet. Benefits are a high calorie burn, reducing fat, full body work out and reduced muscle soreness.
Upton pool also offers Kettlebell H20 sessions.
Classes run at the pool six days a week.
