A drummer who has performed with Fat White Family, Photophobes and Misty Miller is taking to the stage in Margate as part of Independent Venue Week.
Dan Lyons, who lives in Margate, is now an artist and songwriter and is currently recording his debut album with Chris Haydn from Florence and The Machine and Ash Workman of Christine and The Queens. The album is due to be released later this year.
Last year marked the release of Dan’s first two singles under his own name. A trip to Texas to play SXSW Festival and his first headline shows in London and Paris followed shortly after.
Dan will perform an intimate gig at the Tom Thumb Theatre in Cliftonville on Saturday (February 2).
Support will be coming from Human Interest and DJ Spencer Deathwaltz will be spinning the hottest and hippest tunes until late.
Gig starts at 7.30pm. Tickets are £5 plus 55p booking fee. To book click here
