Ramsgate’s Ravensgate Arms, which was reopened in September 2017 by co-owner and general manager Roger Bell, in partnership with Eddie Gadd of The Ramsgate Brewery and Isle Magazine editor Kiki Case, is hosting a taste of something special this month (March).

The King Street pub is already proving to be a hit with its carefully curated selection of beers, wines, spirits, and original cocktails, designed by assistant manager Reece Allen, using local and seasonal fruits and herbs.
But now it is turning its attention to the first floor restaurant with exciting pop-up offerings.

This March, Stark of Broadstairs, will take over the kitchen and give diners a taste of chef Ben Crittenden’s distinctive style of food. Instead of the six-course tasting menu that has received rave reviews in the 12-cover restaurant in Broadstairs, Ben will be creating a special menu for The Ravensgate Arms of small plates, individually priced, presented with flavour and flair, giving diners a chance to sample Ben’s food.
A Taste of Stark at The Ravensgate Arms will open initially Wednesdays to Sundays from March 14 to April 1.
Dinner: Wednesday – Saturday from 6.30pm – 10.30pm.
Lunch: Saturday and Sunday from noon – 2pm.
Bookings can be made directly by email to Ben and Sophie Crittenden on starkbroadstairs@gmail.com
