Sandwich Bay Bird Observatory will house a stunning photography exhibit this month. The exhibition, titled Wildlife, features images taken locally by East Kent Mencap’s photography group.
The members are all adults with a learning disability who take pride in producing high quality photographs from around East Kent.
Sandwich Bay Bird Observatory is a popular hotspot amongst the group as they are able to capture a variety of species alongside the encouragement of the friendly volunteers from the trust. The Nicky and Eileen Barber Charitable Trust have kindly supported the project, helping the group to showcase some of their best work.
The exhibition will run from October 4-29 and is open 7 days a week. Entry is free and many of the prints are for sale.
