Police appeal to track down stolen motorbike

Kent Police officers investigating a report of a stolen motorbike in Margate are appealing for witnesses.

The green Kawasaki KL250 has been spotted in the Millmead Road and Dane Park areas of Margate after it was reported stolen from Foreland Avenue between 6pm and 7.45pm on Sunday 30 July.

Officers investigating the theft would like to speak to any witnesses or anyone who has information that may assist in locating the bike.

Owner Darrel King is offering a reward  for information that leads to the return of his bike.

In a post to social media he adds: “Two lad’s on a distinctive black Suzuki custom stole my classic Kawasaki KL250 from Foreland Avenue, Margate. My bike was then ridden down Gloucester Avenue, Palm Bay Avenue and then up Princess Margaret Avenue and towards Millmead.”

Mr King is urging anyone with information to contact police.
