Emergency services cut person free of their vehicle after Margate crash

Emergency services had to cut a person from their vehicle following a crash in Margate last night (April 5).

Kent Police received a report of the collision involving a van and a car at 7.59pm.

Officers, KFRS and Secamb attended the scene in Millmead Road.

One person had to be cut out of a vehicle. Two people were taken to local hospitals with injuries which were not believed to be serious.

The road was closed until about 10.45pm.
