Ramsgate Space is delivering a business support series as part of the Thanet Business Support Programme.
The programme is behalf of Thanet council and funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and is designed to support businesses across Thanet with practical training, specialist advice and growth opportunities.
Thanet Business Support Programme activities are focused on small, medium and independent businesses with the aim of helping them to address ongoing challenges and training needs, as well as networking opportunities, signposting and guidance on initiatives and opportunities.
Ramsgate Space CIC is a social enterprise which transforms vacant high-street shop units into flexible business hubs, supporting local entrepreneurs and community groups with space, resources and networks. It aims to revitalise the high street and strengthen local business.
Running from December through to March 2026, the programme will be delivered across Ramsgate, Broadstairs and Margate.

These workshops are designed to equip attendees with clear, focused and actionable plans to guide business development and strategic growth.
Professional Advice Clinics & Resources

HR Clinic
10:00–13:00
Bookable 30 minute slots, or drop in sessions designed to support local businesses with practical, high-level HR guidance.
Help to Grow Essentials – Presentation by Flora Hamilton
14:00–15:00
Flora Hamilton, CEO of the Chartered Association of Business Schools, introduces the Help to Grow Management Essentials programme, a free online course funded by the Department of Business and Trade for small business leaders.
