An open air, live music festival accessible to all regardless of ability or impairment takes place at Quex this Saturday (June 15).
Festability, was started in 2018 by three mums after they learnt about a similar event in the North West.
Mainstream festivals can be too noisy and crowded for some families living with disabilities, but Festability provide extras to make the event inclusive to all.
This year’s event, which returns after a break in 2023, will feature live music, karaoke, inclusive sports, African drumming, arts and crafts, learn to be a DJ sessions, 90s style Ibiza ‘club,’ fair, food, stalls, bar, face painting and more
The festival takes place on Saturday (15 June) from 11.30am – 8pm
