KFC reopens at Broadstairs tomorrow (March 13) following almost seven months of closure.

The outlet, on Westwood Road by Asda, shut without warning in September. No reason for the closure has been disclosed.

It is now reopening under the same franchise and with the same staff members who had been temporarily moved to other outlets.

The venue is part of the Caskade Group which has been established since 1984 and has a KFC franchise with 55 stores, Taco Bell franchise with 52 stores and 3 Pizza Hut franchise in the UK.

The business reopens at 11am.

Area Development Manager at KFC, Laura Petrauskiene, said: “It’s the same team, we have not lost even one as we accommodated them in three local branches. We are happy to come back home.”
