The first Margate Reggae Festival is heading to Dreamland this June as part of the Margate Summer Series.
The event will feature Julian Marley – son of icon Bob Marley – Steel Pulse, Aswad, The Skints, Desmond Dekker’s Aces, The Beat, Dawn Penn, Trojan Soundsystem, General Levy and Reggae Roast.
Performances will be across three stages at the Margate venue. The event will also feature a dedicated rum shack and Jamaican street food section.
The event is for those aged 16+ and 16 and 17 year-olds need to be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The festival kicks off at 2pm until 11pm on June 22.
