Man suffers serious injuries in Margate crash

Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious collision in Margate.

At around 9.45am yesterday (January 25), a grey Volkswagen T-Roc was involved in a collision in Vincent Road, near to Flete Road.

The car is believed to have collided with a tree and was found in an adjacent field. Emergency services attended and the driver, a man in his 40s, was taken to a London hospital with serious injuries.

Kent Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) is investigating and urge anyone who witnessed the collision or has CCTV or dashcam footage to contact them.
