Police appeal after three people force way into Birchington property and assault occupants

Police are appealing for information or CCTV/dashcam footage after three people forcibly entered a house in Birchington and two occupants were assaulted.

The incident happened in Crescent Road last Wednesday [December 6] at around 8.15pm.

Witnesses report seeing three men in balaclavas and carrying machetes forcing their way into the property.

A Kent Police spokesperson said: “Kent Police is investigating a report that three people entered a property in Crescent Road, Birchington at around 8.15pm on Wednesday 6 December.

“Two occupants of the address were assaulted and items were stolen before the three people left the building.

“Officers attended the scene and an investigation to establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident are ongoing.”

  1. Pretty sure the same thing happened at St Patrick’s road in Ramsgate a couple of years ago, 3 men wearing balaclavas and machetes stole a bag, cash etc.and ask any of the neighbours and they will tell you it was drug related. Those armed raiders have never been found.

  2. They investigate drug dealers having drugs and cash stolen.but nothing about the drugs being sold absolutely ridiculous well done Thanet clowns
